Design Process Our design process is built on a close relationship with our clients. Instead of computer generated plans, you will find traditional blueprints with a meticulous attention to detail. All plans include detailed elevations, floor plans, molding details, appliances, electronics and counter top materials. These plans will take away any guess work especially if you are remodeling or building a new home. The design process begins with the initial consultation where your ideas, wish list and budget are discussed along with how your lifestyle will impact the design. Room dimensions are then taken along with your selection of appliances and electronics. Preliminary drawings are then started at which time a design fee is required. The design fee varies depending on the size of the project and is credited to the total cost with one revision included. Once preliminary drawings are approved, shop drawings are completed and work begins on your project. Throughout your project you will be working with the same people who will be handcrafting and installing your cabinetry. |
